All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched from our supplier or fulfilment partner.

Please note that during peak periods (e.g. holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We work with trusted UK and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

United Kingdom

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
